What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data by BELLER.PL?

We process your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you to:

enable the provision of the service electronically and the full use of the online store, including making payments for purchases made

set up and manage your account(s), and ensure that your account, transactions and technical issues are handled;

handle a complaint to BELLER Sp. z o.o. in case you make such a complaint;

handle requests you make to us (e.g. via the contact form);

Do you have to provide us with your personal information?

We require the following personal information from you in order to be able to conclude and perform the contract with you and thus provide you with a service:

Who do we share your personal data with?

We share your personal data with the parties to the transactions you conclude in BELLER website and with entities that support us in providing electronic services, i.e. those that provide payment services, support the promotion of offers, cooperate in marketing campaigns, with a courier company. We may transfer your personal information to public authorities fighting fraud and misuse.

Due to the need to prevent certain functions in BELLER.pl from being performed by Internet robots, we use the mechanism of Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analitycs, Hotjar to occasionally examine whether the behaviour of users of our trading platform does not bear the signs of robot behaviour. In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in paragraph 2, your personal data may be made available by the Online Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may include:

How long do we keep your personal data?

We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, as well as after its termination for the following purposes:

to assert claims in connection with the performance of the contract, to comply with the obligations arising from the law, including in particular laws on tax and accounting, fraud prevention and prevention, statistics and archiving, for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract.
